Stephanie really knew her stuff. She walked me through most of my refi-paperwork and helped me submit almost everything within the first 25 minutes of my application. I just wish buying my home originally had been this easy. Stephanie was so nice to work with. Very polite and professional. I had one question she didn't know but she put me on hold and was back within 5 minutes with an answer.
