What can I say that hasnt already been said? Sundos was a Godsend when it came to my refinance; there was a hang up on the documents needed because I had a solar system installed/leased about 8 years ago and Rocket's underwriters picked up on the fact there were no words in the Solar Agreement lease addressing the possible event of my default of the lease. Subsequent to my system being installed, ...What can I say that hasnt already been said? Subsequent to my system being installed, Fannie Mae and Freddi Mac made all lease agreements adddress this scenario and that's where the fun began. Sundos's patience and the many calming "I've got this, don't worry" was welcomed.
