After being introduced to Rocket Mortgage by a transfer with my company, I remember thinking that was easy! So fast forward 3 years and I was looking to refinance. Rocket Mortgage had done such a good job before, so I contacted Dana my previous banker for the refinance. She had been promoted to another position and asked if she could recommend someone? My first thought was uh oh I am going to get the newbie, and I could not get a more awesome banker than Dana, but then she introduced me to Suzy. She was not disappointing in the least and it did not take me long to figure out she was just as awesome. I started referring to Suzy as my friend in the business. The majority of our dealings were while I was overseas, and I hated to see my refinance close because she was such a pleasure to do business with. You just do not receive this kind of service anymore especially from an institution the size of Rocket Mortgage. It is usually a text or e-mail but if I had something I didn’t understand I could pick up the phone and she was there to help me understand… no matter how long it took!! I look forward to working with Suzy again in the future.
