Disclaimer, I do not write reviews! That said I take this review as an exception. I needed a mortgage and choose Rocket Mortgage; my first contact was Suzy. She worked with me from begin to end, even on those days when I was as mad as hell due to the "process". She was always willing to listen and find solutions to my questions.

I do not know of an easy was out, but having her in my corner made the process less stressful. I don't know her personally, only that in this internet age; we need to communicate with persons far and wide. My personal experience dealing with her is worth more then five stars. Is she a professional? Yes! Does she go beyond her call of duty? Yes!
So, as an average person seeking and obtaining a mortgage for a beautiful home and having Suzy assist me and my family; I'd say she's a blessing. If I was able to give her more than five stars, I would. Hey Suzy, keep up the good work....you rock! It's been a pleasure working with you and I hope there are many more who'll do the same.
