Sydney was very helpful throughout the process although she was sometimes unavailable but always eventually responded. Also she was instrumental in resolving a dispute that I had with another representative.

had an error on loan documents prior to closing that did not get corrected. As a result, the cash disbursement has been delayed. We made the correction online as instructed but final documents still have the error. The entire process with Rocket was tough. Had to jump through hoops Can not recommend Rocket mortgage to anyone.
