I probably wouldn’t work with Tanner again. He made sure to be quick in responding and kept us on top of what we needed to turn in. We didn't know the refinance would be an FHA loan until we were supposed to sign the documents. There were several errors that my husband caught with the paperwork. Most of them were fixed, but there was not attention to detail the first time around. I didn’t know ...I probably wouldn’t work with Tanner again.
