I had such a wonderful experience speaking with Tarek at Rocket Mortgage this morning. He was incredibly patient and took the time to really listen to my questions and concerns without ever making me feel rushed.
Tarek was professional, kind, supportive, and extremely informative. He explained everything clearly and made what can often feel like an overwhelming process much easier to understand. I truly appreciated his willingness to take the time to walk through everything with me and make sure I felt informed and supported.
Associates like Tarek are a true reflection of what excellent customer service should look like. He was an absolute pleasure to speak with, and I’m very grateful for the time, patience, and genuine care he showed me. Thank you, Tarek, for making the experience such a positive one!Read MoreRead Less
