Our transaction was a little more complex than normal as we were buying a new home and financing with Rocket Mortgage while refinancing our current home to convert to rental. The initial responses from other lending veterans were that they could not coordinate our needs until our present refi was done so we couldn't have a Rocket Mortgage loan done in the 45 day time frame needed. Taryn rescued our Rocket Mortgage plans and took the time to coordinate the complexities of our loan with all the team members that needed to be involved outside the normal process flow.
From the start, Taryn was optimistic and reassuring Rocket Mortgage could handle our business. We closed 3 days in advance of target date.
