I had several options for the loan, but, having a history with Rocket, I started there. Taurus ("Tony") answered my inquiry. We "clicked," partly by mutual sharing about family military experiences. He was like-able and knowledgeable. He interacted with me while juggling after-hours time with his young children. I highly recommend him to other clients.
He's "grr-rr--reat!"

Tony was extremely responsive and quick to react to unexpected events during the process. It is rare anymore to have someone promptly return phone calls and texts. Nice Job Tony!!!

Taurus was fantastic throughout my refinancing process. I was skeptical that it was time for refinancing, but he patiently kept sending me communications and walked me through all the available options. His communication was excellent; I was always kept in the loop and his responses to my many questions were incredibly quick. I highly recommend Taurus.
