Ted was great! Ted and I initially communicated via online chat. We discussed my existing loan details and he said my rate was high and thinks he can do better. I was intrigued! My previous loan process with Rocket Mortgage was smooth and quick so figured, let's try it again. Ted was great as a first contact for my recent Rocket Mortgage Rocket refi. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made the initial process very easy. The only thing Ted neglected to tell me is that there was a $500.00 charge that needed to be paid right away. I was just very surprised and think Ted should probably just give people a heads up from the get go, so there are no surprises.
