Ted walked me through the entire loan completion process through the web site interface and personally via phone. Any time I had a question, or needed to complete some necessary documentation, I could count on Ted to answer my questions or guide through the process in a timely manner. He made the process as simple and painless as possible. Kudos!

The banks, due to the way my original loan was written, would not refinance or give a home equity line. Ted took the time to understand our situation and the refinance process was underway. He stayed with us throughout the whole process, even calling after the signing. He knows ...Ted was awesome!
