Terry is the reason i stayed with Rocket Mortgage Loan-depot Had lower Interest rate and payment and the feds have drop the interest rate again and when i reached back out to Rocket Mortgage for help and was told i have to wait 90 days before they could help. At this time i wish i had of went with Loan Depot for the lower rate and payment Phillip Sprowes
