I’ve been dealing with Thomas over the past year trying to refinance my house. To some extent, I was a difficult client to deal with.

Throughout all that I put him through Thomas’ professionalism was in wavering. He was patient and understanding of my situation. He never pressured me towards anything and was always helpful as we worked out my refinance.

I finally contacted him 3 weeks ago and he quickly locked me into a 30 yr conventional loan at 3.375%. He worked into the evening making sure we had everything covered and that enabled me to finally refinance my mortgage at a rate that benefits my family and I immensely.
