I knew I could send him an email at any time of the day, and he would respond promptly and thoroughly. I can't even count the number of random questions that I asked Tom, all of which he answered above and beyond what I was expecting. He even voluntarily reviewed my loan a few weeks before closing and recalculated everything to be sure I was getting the best rate and the highest discounts possible, which really showed me how dedicated he was to his clients!
