From the get-go, I knew I was in very good hands. Tom went above and beyond in making sure I was set up with the best possible loan so that my own goals could be achieved. He is very supportive, positive, and diligent - he told me exactly what I needed to do, and all with a great sense of humor as well. Fast forward to yesterday when I was at the closing table and was asked how my experience was - I would have not ever asked for a better first experience with buying a home, and it is all thanks to Tom! 1. notified my fiance and I right away when anything was needed from us.
2. was able to quickly set up a power of attorney when I wasn't able to be at the closing of my new house.
