Thomas is an amazing Mortgage Banker! I have a really challenging and unique situation and Thomas was able to work through it with me. What I really liked about Thomas, was although it was time consuming, he had me gather a lot of paperwork up front and then worked with Underwriting to see if it would pass the underwriting guidelines prior to a closing.
