Tina is very knowledgeable regarding mortgage platform and customer service. He walked me through the entire streamline process. Also he continued to reach out to from beginning and end of the process - asking if I had any questions or concerns. My hats off to Tima for his exemplary service. Vanessa Olave

Delightful experience....man had patience of Job....took me six months to get house together!! Only complaint was he told me that his appraiser could match the price of a local man I found. He failed to tell me that I would also have to pay them a fee. I would recommend his to friends.

Tima was great and even calmed me when I was getting a little upset. It was a big step to refinance but he explained everything to me and took his time to make sure I comprehended what he said. I was a pleasure to have worked with Tima and Associates. I would and will recommend Tima whoever needs that kind of help.
Thanks again and much future success you made my life a lot easier. God Bless you
