I was working, originally, with a competitor, and TIm went over the numbers and noticed that Sofi artificially lowered my monthly payments by fudging numbers and underfunding my escrow. I'd have had a nasty bill waiting for me at the end of my first year by the time sofi would have sold my loan and made me some other banks problem. Tim got me a better ...Tim is awesome.
