From our initial phone call through the closing meeting, Tim remained engaged and attentive throughout the entire process. He responded to all of our questions promptly and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks in large part to Tim’s guidance, the entire experience was smooth, efficient, and well-informed. We truly appreciated his professionalism and support throughout the process.

Tim was fine to deal with but it was about a six month process to get a refinance done. Rocket did nothing but dropped the ball with things, including scheduling the notary for the wrong month and changing numbers on final contracts without telling me to the point where notaries would show up and the numbers would be incorrect so we’d have to go back and start over.

Tim is totally awesome. I have reached out to Rocket many times for a HELOC and no one could help me. I ended up with a very high interest rate loan (17% ish) from someone else. Tim contacted me and he was able to get my loan through which required getting around some roadblocks no one else there was interested in doing for me. Now I can pay off my other loan and move on. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. I was on vacation and missing deadlines and had no internet but I just called him and he made it all happen. He's fun to talk to also which made it not seem like a business transaction. It seemed like talking to a buddy. I think I was talking to a buddy! Tim is awesome, or as the kids say DOPE!Read MoreRead Less

Tim was friendly, professional, answered all the questions I had, polite, a BIG asset to Rocket Mortgage. This man deserves a beer or a drink from his manager.

Tim was very helpful. There were a few hicups that he handled with his office. None of his fault but he took care of me right away. Great attitude and relationship builder. I could see having a beer with him afterwork. Made the process easy with his help.
