Tony did a great job handling our loan. It was a bit evident that the company must have been bombarded with refi's, but overall, despite the length of time it took to process, combined with a few glitches (including me not always realizing I needed to do EVERYTHING through the portal), it was a good experience and I'm glad we were able to draw on Tony's expertise to guide us through the process. ...Tony did a great job handling our loan.
