Tyler appeared very knowledgeable, when I stated I had been working with a different agent he stated he was aware of this. I stated to Tyler we would like the money in our account and would pay everything on line, Tyler stated Rocket Mortgage would pay the loans off. Tyler did not tell us we would receive checks for us to mail ourselves.
