During no point through the process were we told that Rocket does not directly wire creditors debt payments for our HELOC. Instead, they mail checks that we have to then mail to our lenders. By the time is ancient process is completed, it will cost us a thousand dollars in interest payments to our creditors. This is inexcusable and a slap in the face.
