He was responsive to my needs, particularly my lack of knowledge about cell-phone capabilities and how to use them. He remained patient throughout my learning experience. He guided me through the entire mortgage application process as well. Despite my being a slow learner at cell-phone usage, he kept encouraging me with positive remarks and never made me feel inadequate or slow. I really appreciated his good humour and patience. And, after the application was complete and after closing, he was available for guidance when I had a question.

I was very satisfied with my experience. The best part was the interface with Vance Presson and the rep that visited my house to close the loan. The personnel in between the opening and closing were good. There were two 3 day delays that I was not warned of ahead of time. Vance was one of the easiest people to work with, if he needed you to do something He told you in a way that you understood. When you needed help with something He was right there. We had one glitch in our procedure, what I thought was a big problem it was taken care of in about five or ten minutes.
