I would give more than 5 stars to Victoria in a second! We were working through a VA loan, which is a cumbersome process, and she was amazing. She was thoughtful and kind and so well informed in walking us through the process. We looked at the three options and selected one that made a significant impact on my cash flow, kept the very low rate loan and reduced my borrowing costs while maintaining a target level of equity that I wanted to maintain.
