Basically sold me on the idea that I could get much more in cash out then I could. We spoke about what I thought the value would be. Which turned out to be exactly what it appraised at. The deal he wrote up was assuming 10k more in value than was there. That is very misleading, troubling and unscrupulous. This person should not be in sales or finance.
