Zach was great about laying out all of my options, explaining the finer points of anything I had questions on throughout the process, and always worked with my schedule. If I needed to speak to someone else on the team regarding my loan, Zach was excellent about communicating with them ahead of time so I didn't have to waste my breathe rehashing the particulars of my situation. He would always follow up right after too to let me know everything was on schedule. His inter-team communication impressed me immensely and that pretty much never happens when dealing with such a large company.
