Throughout the process Zachary keep in contact with my realtor and me. Through texts and phone calls he stayed in contact. Even after a loan specialist was assigned I would get encouraging texts and his observances of how the process was progressing. Zachary was a pleasure to deal with, no pushy but reassuring and I felt he wanted the best for me. Not knowing how interest rates would go, I chose to lock in my rate and he took care of that pronto.
