Cass Strizynski who kept us informed on everything that was going on behind the scenes, Austin Davis and Jorge Mendez for making this loan possible and Kelli Britz for her role in this matter. All of you at Rocket Mortgage have been wonderful to work with. The speed and accuracy of all the paper work went very smoothly all the way down to the closing that took place in our home. I would like to shed some light on what started this in the first place. We were drowning is debt as many in the USA are. We just could not get ahead finically. We had seen on TV and social media about consolidating all of high interest payment into one monthly payment. My husband decided to see what it entailed, after selecting an option on his smart phone and clicking the button he hung up and waited for a contact to be made. One minute passed and the phone started ringing and the first caller was Cass Strizynske with Rocket Mortgage. So began the process. He took all of our information and said he would get back with us. When he called us back with the information, he informed us that we could cut our payment for the month for over half of what we were paying by consolidating, I told him that I had always heard “if it sounds too good to be true it probably was”. After he explained everything and we saw it on paper (e-mail) … he had our attention. We were given a date for our appraisal (One of our debts was our home loan) but when the appraisal came back for a FHA loan we were to make some adjustment on the home before it was to pass the inspection. We live in a ¾ earth contact home and it is very economical home as far as heating and cooling. The wall are made of 8” thick concrete and the windows in the bedrooms are small and just below the ceiling and are built into the concrete. We were told that to pass FHA we needed to put in windows that were 44” from the floor and they needed to be 5’ wide and window wells to go with the windows, for egress in case of fire. It was to be Major renovation of our home just to put more burden on an already financial problem. We thought all was lost and all of the information was very discouraging. After making calls to Rocket Mortgage and speaking to several people in their office and explaining to them why it was not feasible to do that type of renovation they came back with a conventional loan that worked for us. They went above and beyond what we expected of them. We now have a loan with a fixed interest for the length of it, with payments lower than our house and car put together, let alone the cards that was paid off. There is finally light at the end of the tunnel thanks to the wonderful people at Rocket Mortgage and I would highly recommend this to anyone to that is drowning in debt. A special Thanks to Cass Strzyski for keeping me sane during this process. Any time I called to ask questions if he did not know the answer he would get me in touch with someone who did. He was wonderful to work with and my husband and I are very pleased. While all of this was going on our nanny goat gave birth to 4 babies and one was very deformed, after working with him for 36 hours he passed away (we are very close to our animals and I for one took his passing very hard) the other 3 babies are doing well and growing fast. We live in the country and have raise many orphaned animals, and we feed all of the raccoon’s (sometimes feeding as many as 20) foxes and deer that come to call. We received an email advertisement from Rocket Mortgage. Not sure that we wanted to work with a company that works strictly online, we reluctantly sent some basic information to Rocket Mortgage. Things could not have worked out better, thanks to Jill Patel, the Rocket Mortgage representative who contacted us. Jill gave us an estimate within 20 minutes, and offered some suggestions on how to proceed. Not wanting to make a hasty decision, we asked if we could call her back later in the day. When we called back, Jill reviewed all of the information she had given us, answered all of our questions, and told us what to expect throughout the application process. We started the process and closed in about 30 days, all within the confines of our home. Jill is professional, thorough, and easy to work with. She answered our emails and calls, helping us to make the best decisions for us. She made the whole experience easy and pleasant. We were so impressed with Jill, we told our friends about her. Now they are getting ready to close on their house. If you are looking to get a mortgage or refinance your current one, look no further than Jill Patel. You’ll be glad that you did!"

So let me just say not only does he have a very friendly and upbeat tone “all the time” the very most important thing to me is honesty and that’s what you’re going to get from Dan!! What he tells you, you can count on ! and you don’t have to worry or stress that you’re being told one thing and in the end it’s going to be something else. That is priceless in my book. He is spot on, he is on top of things you never wait a day sometimes not even a couple of minutes to get a response to an email or call, even very late at night when the poor guy should be sleeping— he’s just completely on top of everything. You’re never left wondering and no matter how many times you have a question that in some form or another you may have already asked, you’re only met with a cheerful tone and an attitude of wanting to make sure that you feel comfortable and you understand. To be honest 10 years ago when I started with Rocket Mortgage there was a gentleman named Corey and this is who he was —he had to give me some Toughlove a few times but he did exactly what he told me in our first conversation he was going to do ! we actually had moved away earlier this year to another loan company because of an interest rate and I can’t tell you enough how grateful I am to be back home with Rocket Mortgage !! and to have worked with Dan ! Dan had big shoes to fill and he knew it and he filled them perfectly. Because like I said everything Dan said he was going to make happen, happened! I couldn’t be happier to be back home with Rocket Mortgage I feel confident and like I don’t have to worry and that is certainly a plus any time and especially in these times. I tend to be a nervous person and sometimes I asked the same questions several times and again all I’ve ever been met with is a joyous attitude and exact information and the genuine concern to make sure I understood. Every person that will read this, you don’t know me, but I am a person that looks for everyone to be a person of their word because that’s all we really have in this life that’s ours is our word, and you can count on Dan’s word ! and that’s priceless! "If you could do a Google search on "best mortgage banker," Tom would definitely be the first result within the list. :-) I started thinking that it may be possible to buy a home at 24 years old, and...If you could do a Google search on "best mortgage banker," Tom would definitely be the first result within the list. :-) I started thinking that it may be possible to buy a home at 24 years old, and even though I had a good idea of what that process looks like, Tom was always there to answer my millions of questions when I needed professional advice. From the get-go, I knew I was in very good hands. Tom went above and beyond in making sure I was set up with the best possible loan so that my own goals could be achieved. He is very supportive, positive, and diligent - he told me exactly what I needed to do, and all with a great sense of humor as well. Fast forward to yesterday when I was at the closing table and was asked how my experience was - I would have not ever asked for a better first experience with buying a home, and it is all thanks to Tom! "I was steaming-mad when the Rocket Mortgage website enticed me to fill out a refi form (and run my credit!) by suggesting I could get a lower rate, a smaller payment AND fewer years until my home was ...I was steaming-mad when the Rocket Mortgage website enticed me to fill out a refi form (and run my credit!) by suggesting I could get a lower rate, a smaller payment AND fewer years until my home was paid off, and then came back with an offer that was the EXACT opposite: a higher rate with a higher monthly payment, and an additional 16 years added on. I fired-off a less-than-cordial note to the loan department and promptly wrote a scathing review about their "bait-and-switch" tactics that had knocked down our credit score a few (precious) points. Lisa James called me as I was starting to look for another mortgage company - I was that mad! She calmed me down, and then, within a few minutes made me an offer that was better than the original "bait" that the website had given me. Because of Covid, and because I was self-employed and had used unemployment during part of 2020, I had to jump through a lot of extra hoops to prove I was eligible to refi, but Lisa kept up her end of the deal and made sure I was providing EVERYTHING, in the correct order, to the loan officers. It took less than 3 weeks to get everything done, and I am confident that this will be the last loan we have on this house, A big THANK YOU to Lisa James for helping us to (hopefully) be able to retire in a house we own outright!"

In three weeks I got my credit score to a level it has not been in years, and gained valuable insights on how to maintain it that way. Roberto was very proactive, providing updates via text, email and phone calls as well as patient as I inquired about the recommended actions. Dena has basically know this information from the beginning as I am the one who contacted her. She is handcuffed to that paper (aka) The title deed. She hasn't given up on my wishes even though the other party in this awkward and frustrating Tango is being to put it nice as I can articulate it with decorum "aloof" and intentionally not available. The reason I even contacted Dena was to get a loan vs house and property value to buy HER a car. If there is a way to show Dena's care for her POTENTIAL clients best interest other than rating her with a twelve pack o stars I would. 5 stars is the best u may get somewhere else. Dena given 6 stars without even stretching. Yeah ,here is where l will take my business and your a fool if you don't follow suit. Thank you so much regardless of the outcome."

I say study because I consider myself as a hawk. I am eager to find any flaw that a person can make when dealing with anything that can effect my families ability to get the best financial outcome. It was business but had a serious personal aspect to it. I would tolerate no nonsence. I was nervous and not very well versed in the loan process. Extension 0000 soon turned to me calling Mr. Nick colooochy . With in 2 days Mr. Nick colooochy was soon called Mr.colucci. the correct spelling . I was being educated as the process continued. There was a couple bumps of worry but I was constantly reassured by the comfort of him walking me thru everything. Nick is by far the best of the best in customer care and service of the loan planet. Here I sit less than a month before it all began as what seemed to be an impossible loan. , I am set up secure and in a better financial future than imagined. The worst part about the whole loan process is that I kind of miss talking to Nick. He was there at night and on some weekends too. Just a great guy to turn to if your ever looking for anything with a home loan, check out Nick Colucci ."

But even though it was the holidays and ...Working with Matt has been an AMAZING experience! We started the process during the holidays of 2017, in-between the Christmas and the New Year's Holidays. But even though it was the holidays and folks usually try to unplug, Matt never took the momentum off. He worked diligently to get the ball rolling with the initial application and get us closed as soon as possible. We also are located on the West Coast and the time difference never slowed Matt down. He provided frequent and regular updates/follow-ups, even outside of his normal business hours, to accommodate the fact that we were on PT time zone. But even after he transitioned us to our new POC Brayden, our Executive Client Care Specialist, he was still watching our application closely and would still chime in with answers to any questions we had. Overall, Matt is ONE OF THE VERY BEST we have worked with. Back-end story - We were working with a local credit union branch in Northern California and met the branch managers' and their loan specialist in-person, but they are not even close to the type of support and customer engagement Matt provided us throughout this whole process. Even though we have not had the pleasure of meeting Matt in-person or shaking his hand, I am not surprised to see that his ratings have all been 5-star reviews and that he is a part of the President's Club and a Triple Crown Recipient!!!"

There is a light at the end of the tunnel for me! :) From the first phone conversation he kept me on the line with his cool demeaner and humor (good stuff). He was able to understand and relate to my financial status and offer some options or solutions without the sales pressure. For a person like me that is KEY!. He always answered my questions immediately (I'm sure I asked the same questions like 3 times) and without judgement and with patience. I have spoken with several people from his team but JD has always touched base personally now and then to maintain progress forward. My refi would have been faster if I wasn't under a window installation contract already which added some time but JD was able to make the numbers work for my budget. I would highly suggest JD to others - actually I already have, and the Rocket Mortgage team whom I have spoken with have all been great at working around my erradic/hectic work schedule. Thank you!!!"
