Jacob initiated our refinancing. The problem I had with the entire process was when William was no
longer in the picture. His part was quick and orderly. When he is out of the scene, the process
became too slow and very different from previous refinancing. What really gave us so much problem
was the method employed to finalize the entire process? The fact that they did not pay the people we owe but wanted us to make the payments was a disaster. But then the check was not hours.
