I have been a local realtor since 2003 and I’ve worked with many lenders over the years. I recently closed a transaction with Candi and her team, and it was the smoothest easiest transaction. With a bit more detail: I started my home buying experience without a bank or a realtor in mind. I quickly found Rocket Mortgage and was assigned to Kandi. Within a short time (a matter of an hour or so),Kandi reached out to me to introduce herself and get things cooking. ...In short, working with Kandi and Rocket Mortgage was amazing. I truly don't know how the whole process could have gone better.

Kandi took the time to understand my financial situation and was able to quickly identify products that would move the process forward. Kandi is so knowledgeable and communicates effectively and had patience for all my gaps in knowledge.
Once our dream home was found and the offer accepted, the remaining steps were very convenient and fast pace (but not confusing). All in all, I'm very impressed with Kandi and Rocket Mortgage.

Kandi will be my first call in the event I look to make another home purchase in the future.
