I am extremely disappointed in the length of time this refi took. Personally I believe I'm entitled to get some money back for this debacle. I can't honestly say if I will use you again if and when the rates ever come down.

I just closed on a refinance of my home after being awarded it by way of a court ordered judgment between me and my ex wife.
