I wanna start off by saying thank you Isaiah. It’s nerve-racking when being a first time homebuyer. Yet, Isaiah was understanding and personal.He ensured that he can get our loan approved. Honestly it’s a blessing to work with such kind people. He was there whenever I needed him to answer questions, even after hours. Sebastian did great. He really helped me get through the process, when it became frustrating. I had a problem with the underwriters wanting a foreclosure addendum, in regards to my solar system, because no way is our property going to foreclosed upon, and it costs me $100.00 to get a pdf from Spruce Solar. He talked me through out the whole mess, and We should close next Monday. Good Job ...Sebastian did great. He really helped me get through the process, when it became frustrating. Buying a home can be stressful, and my experience definitely didn’t start off the way I had hoped. After running into several issues early in the process, Jozi stepped in and completely turned everything around. She corrected the mistakes that had been made, explained everything clearly, and immediately gave me confidence that I was in good hands.

What I appreciated most was how genuine she was. She never sounded like she was reading from a script or giving me rehearsed answers. She was honest, straightforward, and always kept things real with me, which meant a lot during such an important process.

Jozi was incredibly knowledgeable and always made herself available. No matter when I had a question or needed advice, she responded and took the time to make sure I understood everything. I never felt like just another client—I felt like she genuinely cared about helping me succeed and making sure I made the best decisions.

If you’re looking for someone you can trust, who will advocate for you, communicate honestly, and go above and beyond, I can’t recommend Jozi enough.
