Marcia was always available and ironed out alot of issues. Your underwriters were nightmares. They are devils from the deepest levels of hell. two weeks from closing, I was ready to dump the whole deal due to their over zealousness. Marcia managed to iron thinbgs out and got things moving. Marcia is great. Underwriters- devils. I will never suggest rocket to my friends for that reason. I know too...Marcia was always available and ironed out alot of issues.
