Rita was very helpful looking at options with my current VA and 2nd mortgage.
Being retired and 75 he gave me options to think about to get one single payment and able to get cash out plus pay off . Credit cards. The appraisal came back much higher and I opted to pull additional cash for our emergency funds
He was most helpful with the options, explaining, and assisting every step. Did not take long for the whole process. And in true Rocket style said as we have done for you already.
