I can't say enough how Nicholas helped me work through the refinancing in record time. I asked him if he was appreciated enough in his job because his personality and knowledge of the documents was outstanding. Most people just do what they have to but Nicholas put in the extra to make my refi so expeditious and painless. He was always responsive, which is a miracle in this day and age.

I have to say Jon is truly a great person first of all, He really is a concerned individual and will do what ever he can to make sure your experience of buying a home is care free and fun.
Jon will always call and check in with you to see if your doing well and offer his expertise with concerns about loans and see which is the best for your needs.

Honestly the only disappointing part about our Rocket Mortgage experience is that Matthew wasn't our representative all the way though to closing. The first time after we talked, my wife and I both looked at each other and agreed that Thank Goodness we got an awesome representative. If Matthew lived in Jacksonville, FL I would have offered him a job on the spot. He was there for us on weekends ...Honestly the only disappointing part about our Rocket Mortgage experience is that Matthew wasn't our representative all the way though to closing. The first time after we talked, my wife and I both looked at each other and agreed that Thank Goodness we got an awesome representative. If Matthew lived in Jacksonville, FL I would have offered him a job on the spot. He was there for us on weekends and afterhours, which during this process seemed like the only time we needed help. I couldn't imagine how difficult our home buying experience would have been if not for Matthew. Thank you Rocket Mortgage and Thank you Matthew for helping us finance our dream home!!
