New regulations on mortgages were a shock for this long-time homeowner. James and his associates helped me negotiate the complicated process, and helped my understanding of why the underwriters always seemed to need ONE MORE piece of documentation. I was buying a retirement home in Florida (my original home state) and a hurricane was imminent.
