I represented the Buyer that Josh handled the loan for. The transaction went very smoothly and we closed as scheduled. Sometimes dealing with people outside your local lenders can be hard. The experience with a Josh was not like that. He communicated with me and kept me up to date all the way to closing. I just throw my hands up & thank our creator for Matthew Goldberg! So here i am going through a divorce feeling like my world is ending & now i need some place to go. I don't have alot of family i want to stay with so ,i want to stand on my two feet! I've never personally been through the process of purchasing a home , I'm pretty and scared! Well , Matthew just calmed right down & and carefully ...I just throw my hands up & thank our creator for Matthew Goldberg! In May 2017 I called Rocket Mortgage I was not sure what to expect. Cass answered the call and I have been amazed ever since. Cass is phenomenal. He answered all my questions. I am a first-time home buyer. In May 2017 I called Rocket Mortgage I was not sure what to expect. Cass answered the call and I have been amazed ever since. Cass is phenomenal. He answered all my questions. We started the application process over the phone and by the end of the call, I was approved and the approval letter was emailed to me. I felt very comfortable speaking with him. By the end of our conversation, I informed Cass that not only was I looking to purchase my first home but my daughter was about to start the process also. So, of course, I had her call Cass. Cass got her approved and she closed on her townhouse at the end of June 2017.
Cass and the Rocket Mortgage team are the best. I will be closing on my home this week. Cass and the team have been there all the way. I will refer everyone to Cass and the Rocket Mortgage team. Thank you, Cass and the Rocket Mortgage team.
