Kyle made the process of refinancing extremely simple. He is very professional and knowledgeable. This is the third time we dealt with Rocket Mortgage for refinancing. Kyle worked with us and understood our needs to reach the best possible solution for us. He is simply outstanding!

Sorry there are only 5 stars to give Joshua. He took care of everything quickly and efficiently. He was proactive, answered all my questions and was always available. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. We have completed the process and have refinanced and it was painless and will save us thousands over the years. Thank you Joshua!

Not only did JD Meyer explained the re-finance process in a clear and concise manner. He made himself available during the entire process. Even after closing he was available for any concerns you may have and took the initiative to call you after the process was completed. If there was a hitch in gathering information JD would smooth it out.
