We found reviews of Rocket Mortgage online and decided to give it a try. Literally seconds after entering our information on the website, we received a phone call from Isaac about moving forward with the process. Also keep in mind this was around 8pm. I kid you not - we had a pre-approval letter that same evening and made an offer on our house the following day. The rest of the process was just as seamless, Isaac made things easy to understand and answered our calls every single time we reached out. Everyone talks about how difficult it is to deal with mortgage lenders and our experience has been surprisingly smooth. Also, they seem to offer comparable/fair rates and fees to other lenders.
