We desired to buy a new home in a distant city, move and then sell our current home to avoid having to utilize temporary housing. Ryan's knowledge of mortgages and skill in processing applications allowed us to obtain a low interest rate mortgage where we qualified on our retirement income and scheduled distributions from our assets in Charles Schwab with minimum tax burdens.
