Had no problems. Explained everything in layman's terms. Returned phone calls promptly. What he was not sure (very little) he found out and returned call by next day. Helped make experience easy and relaxed.

Sean was with us from the start of applying for a loan. He treated me like a friend as well as a client. At no time did he ignore our requests for information and returned our calls in a timely manner. I can’t say anything bad about him. I will give his name to anyone wanting to contact Rocket Mortgage.
