I appreciate his communication and quick response on all my questions and needs with different options. He was always available and professional. We recently closed with on a refinance. I do wish Rocket would default on the right to survival agreements on all mortgages so clients have a choice up front. Mine was supposed to have that but didn’t. But overall happy smooth process.

Rockey was very helpful to begin the process. I feel after it was known I was moving forward, communication slowly stopped. I had to continue to reach out for updates. Things agreed on all of a sudden changed come closing. He got it done, but not impressed at all!
