Mike was an excellent person helping me out with the loan process. I had to delay my loan process due to an unexpected death in the family. He walked my through the whole process and understood my situation, and always kept me up on the process. He made it very easy and understandable. Thanks again Mike.

Nicholas is our “go-to” guy and we couldn’t be happier. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and looks out for our best interest. Our most recent re-fi transaction was done in 3 weeks! Nicholas is a great asset to Rocket Mortgage.

Taurus is very competent and knowledgeable about the refi/loan process. He walked me through most of my loan app, actually while I was driving. It was all taken care of and he followed up with detailed instructions via email. Any questions I had were answered very quickly and accurately. If he didn't have an answer he found one, I appreciate that.

Her understanding of the background allowed her to provide information to the team, allowing them to make rapid progress. The entire process was rapid and seamless. This was an exception to my original lender, who apparently didn't care to understand or think through the case.
I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Annmarie and the team at Rocket Mortgage.Read MoreRead Less
