Tim was fantastic to work with. As an agent, being able to get the buyer's lender on the line at any give time of day is important! Tim was always available when we needed him. He worked very hard to get us to settlement, going above and beyond quite a few times to help make a difficult situation a little easier, taking time on evenings and weekends to answer my buyer's questions and concerns. Ember was incredibly supportive of the process and checked in frequently. By requiring some information upfront it ensured a smooth process and a quick approval of the loan. Ember is upbeat and informative. Best loan officer I've ever dealt with. Would highly recommend her.

Ernesto was very easy to deal with and readily available whenever I needed him. My loan isn't quite finished yet but has been approved and we are just waiting for an appraisal and closing. So far the process has been fairly simple and Ernesto has been very helpful.

My husband and I maintain high expectations for customer service. We are not easily impressed, however, Julie far surpassed our standards for excellence! She quickly put us at ease. She made our goals her primary focus. She was consistently available, proactive, attentive, and incredibly supportive. She streamlined the entire process. To that end, we had such a positive experience with her on our first home that we refinanced with her again on our second home! During our refinance experiences, Julie put us into a position to balance our mortgage payments with our lifestyle, save us money, and allow our dream home to be even more affordable! We recommend her to everyone we know without hesitation.

Taurus did a phenomenal job all along the way. He took the time to explain everything clearly, did his research to work out the best mortgage refinancing package, and made the experience very positive!
