My wife filled out some info on the web researching mortgage loans. Within 10 minutes, Rocket Mortgage had contacted her. I called them via the number they left and was connected to Rachel. i believe he put close to zero attention to my situation , if one has a great credit rating and ton of money in the bank why would i refinance , this is only good when you don't really needed. Very disappointed !!!!
