I used to work at a major bank, so when I replied to my Rocket Mortgage mailer, I was really expecting this refi to take a good couple of months. When Rick and I talked about my situation, I really didn't have a lot of hope that I would be able to refi. Rick gave me a lot of hope, and not only hope, but the loan from start to finish took only about 30 days. The only reason I used Chris was because my realtor did recommend him. But I am so glad I did. Everyone else I knew was closing late but I even closed early so my daughter could still start on the first day of school. He helped us on every step to make sure we got our dream home.

Simply AMAZING! I will use Rocket Mortgage again only if I get Andrew! He was available day and night for questions big and small! Even if it was the 20th time we asked! Kept us so informed so we could keep our fees/payment to what we were comfortable with. Resent and reworked numbers as our offers changed. Best customer service EVER!
