Jill was a pleasure to work with during my refinance. She was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the process. She also was very customer service oriented and got back to me quickly whenever I had questions or concerns. I would strongly recommend working with Jill for any refinance needs!

It was truly a pleasure working with Jordan! She really took the time out to work with us when no one else was willing to. She took her time to explain all the steps along the way and made an intimidating process very easy. Both her and the Support specialist Halla were very supportive. I would recommend Jordan any opportunity I get and will work with her again in a heartbeat!

Nicholas and Rocket Mortgage get 5 stars. The woman at the very end, who is the authority to finish the transaction gets zero. Nicholas was able to "skool" her and get the transaction closed early, as he had promised.
