Polite, helpful, very patient, not pushing me to make the decision
to refinance my home.
Everything went smoothly
thanks to Brians expertise.

Refinancing was scary for me because I wasn't familiar with all the terms but Nick was nice enough to answer all my questions and explain each cost. I was working with three other competing banks and Nick managed to go the extra mile and came out on top. He has truly earned my respect for this venture and I'll be calling him on my next. Thanks Nick!

She has made this a quick process and informed me every step of the way as well as the rest of the Rocket Mortgage team members.
