Another great job by Tom! I referred my clients over to him and Tom and Rocket Mortgage were able to approve them for a 30-year Jumbo loan (up to $750,000 purchase price). They were quickly pre-approved and the appraisal was ordered fast. My clients have been so happy with the Rocket Mortgage process and Tom's high level of communication.

Right from the start of the process Christian was more than helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly with us. I would highly recommend him and the entire Rocket Mortgage team to anyone who is buying a home or going through the refinance process as we did.

I luckily clicked on a Rocket Mortgage link and decided to use their online chat service to ask a few questions. I luckily was put into contact with Michael. He gave me great information and has actually started me on the path to homeownership. He told me I needed to work my credit a bit and set me up with people who are going to help me get my credit up to par. In all the research I’ve done thus far no one has even come close to actually getting the process started for me. Michael truly seems like he wants to help me get into a house and in this profession this character is sometimes hard to find. It’s crazy that after our chat I feel becoming a homeowner again is finally in my grasp and this is a direct result of michael’s information and help. I also believe he’s in it to help. If anyone reads these reviews and are looking for someone to work with someone at Rocket Mortgage michael is the man!!!Read MoreRead Less

This is the smoothest refi we have ever done. Start to finish under 40 days! Damon and his crew were very supportive, gave answers almost immediately and did not try to feed you a line. We have been working with a small town bank for the last 15 years and became tired of their inability to move into the 21st century. Thank you again!

Isaac has been amazing through this process. This is my first time trying to buy a home so I am clueless. Isaac has so much patience and talks me through everything. He has been extremely helpful and I am grateful for having him help me through this process. I'd recommend him to anyone!
