The entire process from application to closing was seamless and without hassle. Rocket Mortgage’s team approach to processing the loan was Impressive and if one person wasn’ available there was always somebody to answer questions. The processing platform they use is the best in the industry and signing documents is a breeze with online signatures. Uploading docs is simple, quick and effortless. The processing platform they use is the best in the industry and signing documents is a breeze with online signatures. Uploading docs is simple, quick and effortless. I come from a background where I managed a mortgage refinance department for 11 states. I wish I would have had half the tools that Rocket Mortgage has perfected. The number one complaint from borrowers was not knowing where they stood with their loans and loan officers who didn’t return calls. Rocket Mortgage is the real deal and lives up to all advertising claims and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Ember was one of the best loan officers I have ever worked with.Read MoreRead Less

All through the process, which I might add, from beginning to close, took only a few weeks. Jill Patel was very receptive, knowledgeable and personable. From day one, Jill put my mind at ease when it came to ensuring me that I was getting the best rate possible. After shopping around, I discussed other options with her and she gave me the questions to ask the other lenders, so that I could get all of the appropriate info and compare apples to apples. She responded by email, phone and texts. Yes, text messaging! I was amazed at the immediate follow up, no matter the time of day or EVENING! Owning several homes over the years and working with multiple local banks, I can not tell you how easy this process was. I created my login and signed EVERYTHING through my cell phone. How easy is that? I was able to upload everything online without having to scan, fax or mail anything! At closing, a lawyer will even come to you to sign the closing documents. All through the process, I kept thinking "This is way too easy." and "I cant believe how quick this has been." Thank you!!
Great Job, Jill to a job well done.
