Our first attempt to get a Rocket Mortgage in June was unsuccessful due to a poor appraisal. But Steve stuck with us and a second appraisal resulted in a successful and affordable mortgage. Steve saved us our home! Through it all Steve was professional, knowledgeable and supportive. Calls were returned promptly - even on weekends and evenings! Steve made the whole process smooth. Bill is a constant professional, a great sense of humor which eases any uneasiness you may be feeling. He goes to great length on explaining your options and what it will entail. Bill Richeson is a great asset at Rocket Mortgage and a pleasure to work with. Had I known how seamless this process was with Bill's direction I would have refinanced years ago.
